What you’re buying

Every item in the shop is a physical product, printed and packed by us and sent to the address you give at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Iraq for a single flat charge, shown in your basket before you confirm. Orders usually arrive within a few days. The courier will call the number you gave us before they deliver, so please make sure it’s right — a wrong number is the most common reason an order comes back to us.

Paying

You can pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, or pay online where that option is shown at checkout. Cash orders are confirmed straight away and packed the same as any other.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn’t what was described, contact us with your order number and we will put it right. If you simply change your mind, contact us and we will arrange a return.

Cancelling an order

Get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been handed to the courier yet we can usually stop it. Once it’s on its way it will need to be returned instead.
